Shipping Policy

At [HEALT MATE], we aim to deliver your favorite products in the fastest time possible. Below are the details of our shipping operations.

1. Order Processing & Verification

  • Verification Call: For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order. Orders will only be processed after verbal or written confirmation.

  • Processing Time: Once confirmed, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following working day.

2. Delivery Timelines

We ship all across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days.

Note: Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen strikes/roadblocks. We appreciate your patience during such delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. [e.g., 250] for all orders across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders above Rs. [e.g., 7000].

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or Email. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website (TCS, Leopards, Trax, etc.) to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

  • Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon the rider's arrival.

  • Open Parcel Policy: Per courier company rules in Pakistan, riders are not authorized to allow customers to open the parcel before making the payment. If you find any issue with the product after opening, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Undelivered Parcels

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your parcel two times. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the receiver being unavailable or the contact number being unreachable, the parcel will be returned to us.

  • Please note: Repeated "Return to Origin" (RTO) cases may result in the suspension of the COD facility for your account in the future.

Tips for Success in Pakistan:

  • The "Unboxing Video" Requirement: It is highly recommended to add a note saying: "We strongly suggest filming an unboxing video. In case of a damaged or missing item, this video will serve as proof for a swift claim."

  • Address Accuracy: Encourage customers to provide a complete address (House #, Street #, Landmark) to avoid delivery delays common in Pakistani cities.
